The IPE wood seat on the Cantilever Bench is a Brazilian walnut which is one of the densest hardwoods available and is three times harder than cedar, a durable wood that withstands outdoor elements well. The chic and stylish design of this bench all come together in harmony to create a functional piece of art. Use this bench to enhance your modern patio design or out in the garden for a nice accent piece. This bench can be constructed out of you choice of either high quality marine grade 5052 powder coated aluminum, corten weathering steel or heavy gauge hot rolled steel.

Bench Finish Options:

Aluminum - The marine grade aluminum alloy used for this bench is light weight, really durable and is made to withstand all outdoor environments. This alloy is ideal for outdoor benches and a great solution for costal corrosive environments. The aluminum can be powder coated in 8 finishes as well as the oxidized zinc patina finish. Custom colors and sizes are available for custom finish options refer to the RAL color chart.
CorTen-The CorTen steel option for this garden bench is made out of a 606 alloy Cor-Ten steel. This high quality steel is widely used for architectural elements, because of its deep brown rust appearance and its ultra durable protective qualities. This steel material is perfect to use for commercial or residential projects. Corten is only available in its natural rust state it will arrive raw and will continue to patina and change with time. Please note, corten will rust and bleed and can stain clothing or light surfaces.
Mild Steel- Mild steel benches are made from hot rolled 14 gauged mild steel. Mild steel offers a very durable yet cost effective solution, is valued for its unique rustic appearance, and will continue to rust and change over time. This metal is durable and works great for all outdoor environments. Mild steel products are available only in a natural rust patina finish and can transfer rust and stain light surfaces.

Natural rust material like corten and mild steel products will bleed color to light colored or porous surfaces and are not recommended in areas where surface staining is a concern.

The Cantilever Bench has a 5 year limited warranty on its structure against manufacturer’s defects.

Powder Coated Aluminum and Natural Rust Steel products have a 5 year limited warranty on their structure. The finish on the Powder Coated Aluminum containers have a 3 year limited warranty. The warranty on wood products is 1 year. There is no warranty on the structure and finish of any wood burning fire pits due to the variables of a wood burning fire. The powder coating may scorch and the metal may change shape under extreme wood burning fire conditions. In the event of a warranty claim, the owner will be required to provide proof of purchase and a sales receipt verifying the date. The manufacturer, at its option, may repair or replace the product to good working condition by using new or refurbished components. If repair is not possible, we will replace or refund the items when applicable. The manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the product prior to replacement or repair of the product.
