Rectangular Aluminum Fire Pit Lid with Stainless Steel Handle
The rectangle-shaped fire pit lid by Yard Couture is available in multiple sizes to cover and protect gas burners or wood-burning fire* pit openings. Constructed from heavy 7 gauge aluminum, a durable and lightweight outdoor material, this lid is manageable to lift and move. Choose a size to fit your fire pit by measuring the inner diameter of the fire pit opening and outer diameter of the fire pit surround. For large fire pits, you can choose 2 stainless steel handles at each end or for the smaller size one handle at its center. When your fire pit is not in use, the flat aluminum lid will transform your fire pit into a convenient table for food and drinks, always keeping your fire pit useful.
As mentioned, covering your fire pit will preserve the life of the burner by keeping moisture and falling debris out of the opening. Fire pits remain scorching hot long after they have been extinguished and covering your fire pit will project children and pets from touching hot embers or other burn media.
*Important: Never use an aluminum lid to snuff out a wood-burning fire pit this will scortch its finish, only use it to cover and protect.
