The Perfect Flame Burner is specifically engineered for all outdoor environments constructed out of Stainless Steel Arms and Brass Water Blockers. The 24 volt Electronic Fenix Ignition box is made from a fully machined aluminum that will withstand extreme heat and weather conditions.
The Perfect Flame kit with the flat round fire pan is a high capacity system ranging from 70k BTU up to 238K BTU output which will surely keep you and your guest warm on those cool days and evenings. The automatic Fenix Ignition is easy to use and can be set up for a wall switch or add a remote and with the press of a button your fire feature will spring into action!

Thank you for your recent purchase of bobé WATER & FIRE FEATURE products. Webelieve we manufacture the highest quality and most attractive pool and landscape products available anywhere, and that is why we stand behind them with our limitedwarranty.
Our warranty begins from the day product ships from our facility. After our products leave our manufacturing facility, they are subjected to conditions and handling beyond our control that could affect their performance. This one year residential, 6 month commercial limited warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical/water/gas supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any disassembly, repair or modification. Under no circumstance is bobé responsible for any bodily injury or damage to personal property that results from improper installation, misuse or lack of judgment. This liability does not cover any installation or maintenance labor. This liability does not cover stone, tile, stucco, brick or any other building material that is not resistant to water, copper, stainless steel or aluminum.
Our products are not guaranteed against alterations from the originalcolor from weather, cleaning or protective products, water or other natural or unnatural elements. This includes changes of color and alterations from the original color on the translucent series and antique finishes. Stainless steel, though stain resistant, is not guaranteed against mineral build up or rust. This liability does not cover any costs incurred that are not authorized in advance by bobé Water & Fire Features.
Our Lifetime Warranty applies to all standard, unmodified, Perfect Flame Burners purchased on or after April 1st, 2018. This warranty is for the lifetime of the product and covers manufacturing defects but not damage caused by modification, improper care, negligence or natural breakdown. At the discretion of the manufacturer, the product will either be repaired or replaced.
The customer is responsible for shipping product back to the manufacturer with a pre-approved RMA number listed on the package.
